Three years ago, REAP Construction Group proudly unveiled one of our most ambitious and rewarding projects to date: the Courtyard by Marriott® – Myrtle Beach Oceanfront. Today, we commemorate not only the completion of a world-class hospitality space but also the meaningful partnerships, strategic precision, and social impact that made it possible.

Situated steps from the Atlantic shoreline, this project was more than just another commercial build—it was a symbol of what’s possible when vision meets execution. From early-stage planning and budgeting to final walkthrough, REAP brought together technical excellence, aesthetic intention, and logistical mastery to transform this iconic location into a premier destination.

We worked closely with landowners, city officials, Marriott stakeholders, and local businesses to ensure that every aspect of the build honored the unique character of Myrtle Beach while meeting the highest hospitality standards.
